Leader of Congress in Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury on Sunday wrote to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee demanding her government to "revise" the Covid-19 death toll in the state with "immediate effect".

In the letter, Chowdhury alleged that the West Bengal government "has gone to great lengths to hide the actual death numbers caused due to Covid-19".
