Congress a failure, says TMC in editorial, calls Mamata Banerjee 'most acceptable Opposition face'

In an editorial published in its mouthpiece Jago Bangla, the Trinamool Congress said, "...energy has fizzled out of the Congress". The TMC also hit out at the party over the leadership issues.

"Congress is a failure...UPA is over...," reads the Trinamool Congress's latest attack on the Congress party and the "squabble over its leadership". In the party mouthpiece Jago Bangla, the TMC yet again launched a scathing attack on the Congress, saying that the party "has locked itself in the freezer".

"Despite being the largest opposition party, the Congress has locked itself in the freezer...Instead of organising people's movements, Congress leaders have locked themselves up in their house, happily tweeting," the TMC said in the editorial titled 'Congress in deep freezer'.
