Clubhouse for Android to arrive in couple of months, could lose invite-only feature, says CEO Paul Davison

Paul Davison, co-founder and CEO of the Clubhouse app earlier this week said that the audio platform could arrive for Android users in a couple of months. He also hinted at the possibility of the Clubhouse dropping the invite-only feature in the future. During a town hall meeting, Davison said Clubhouse was working really hard to get onto Android and that it would take a couple of months, Tech Crunch reported. Clubhouse currently works on an invite-only basis for iOS users. However, Davison said that it would eventually be open for everyone to join to make it more accessible for creators who are not yet on Clubhouse. "It's going to be really important that we just open up to everyone. Android's going to be really important," he said.
