Fox News
Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas rejected an appeal late Tuesday to remove the federal mask mandate for public transportation, according to reports.
Lucas Wall, a frequent flier from Washington, D.C., called Thomas’s decision "disappointing" while acknowledging the Monday request had been a "long shot." "Of course it's still disappointing Justice Thomas did not take a more in-depth look at the illegal and unconstitutional mask requirement," he said.More Related News
