Aaron and Melissa Klein, erstwhile owners of Sweet Cakes by Melissa, won a partial victory when the Oregon Court of Appeals ruled that the Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) violated the First Amendment in awarding damages against them.
First Liberty, the law firm representing the Kleins, cried foul and told Fox News Digital that the bakers plan to appeal the decision to the state's supreme court.
