China’s stock markets may have rallied on Tuesday, seeing the largest one-day gain in two years, but recent declines have left Chinese investors so angry that they have been flocking to an unlikely place to vent their frustration — the U.S. Embassy in Beijing’s account on the social media site Weibo.
