
Chicago man arrested after stabbing victim who refused demand for money, police say

A 52-year-old man was stabbed in the throat by a panhandler on Sunday afternoon in Chicago when he refused to hand over any money or property, police said.
The victim was walking with his 15-year-old son when he denied Reed's request for spare change, WGN9 reports. He was transported to a local hospital for surgery.More Related News
