Charges Framed Against Bhupinder Singh Hooda In Land Allotment Case

On Thursday, arguments on Bhupinder Singh Hooda's discharge application and the framing of charges had been completed before the court in the case.
A special CBI court in Panchkula on Friday framed charges against former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda in the Associated Journals Limited (AJL) plot re-allotment case. "The charges were framed against Mr Hooda under Sections 420 (cheating) and 120-B (party to criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act," a defence lawyer said. Mr Hooda was present in the court when charges were framed. On Thursday, arguments on Mr Hooda's discharge application and the framing of charges had been completed before the court in the case.More Related News
