Manchester United vs Villareal: Cristiano Ronaldo equalled another striker for a unique goal-scoring record in Champions League football when he scored in injury-time at Old Trafford.
Manchester United's star signing this summer, Cristiano Ronaldo, continued his prolific scoring form in the UEFA Champions League when he scored a late winner against Spanish side Villarreal at Old Trafford. This exceptional feat came on a day when he surpassed former Real Madrid teammate Iker Casillas as the most capped player in the competition, playing 178th time versus Villareal.
