Yesterday, she described Combs as controlling and abusive. • Graphic video: Ventura offered more details on what led to the altercation captured on hotel surveillance footage showing Combs beating and kicking Ventura in a Los Angeles hotel in 2016. The jury has viewed it multiple times. • Federal charges: Combs has pleaded not guilty to charges that include racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. Cassie Ventura testified that she could hear Sean “Diddy” Combs “banging, kicking, yelling” outside her door trying to get into her apartment later that day following the 2016 hotel altercation.
