Punjab Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu hit out at former CM Captain Amarinder Singh, saying he was divested of his portfolio in the state Cabinet Amarinder wanted to "humiliate" him.
Punjab Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu on Sunday said that he was divested of his portfolio in the state Cabinet as former Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh wanted to "humiliate" him for not toeing his line.
"I was not given a power minister's portfolio but was humiliated. Ministries have been made subservient, CM rules the roost and only lets things function according to his whims and fancies," Navjot Singh Sidhu said while interacting with the people during 'Bolda Punjab' event in Chandigarh.
