Performers at Monday's concert on the west front of the Capitol include Darren Criss, Yolanda Adams, Andy Grammer, Gloria Gaynor, Jake Owen, Emily Bear, Jack Everly, Chita Rivera, Rachel Platten and Keb' Mo'.
