There were growing cries Thursday night to release the body cam video of a 13-year-old boy being shot and killed by Chicago police early Monday morning, CBS Chicago reports. The Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) said Thursday it will be awhile before anyone in the public can see the video.
