California mandates vaccines or regular testing for teachers
CNN
California Gov. Gavin Newsom announced Wednesday that teachers and other school employees must either be vaccinated against Covid-19 or submit to regular testing.
As a result of the mandate, California will become the first state in the nation to implement such a requirement. "To give parents confidence that their children are safe as schools return to full, in-person learning, we are urging all school staff to get vaccinated," Newsom said in a statement. "Vaccinations are how we will end this pandemic."More Related News
