Anne Marie Schubert, the District Attorney for Sacramento County, warned against Smiley Martin's 2021 release from prison due to the concern that he was dangerous. Martin served less than five years of a 10-year prison sentence for domestic violence and assault with great bodily injury.
Schubert told "Fox & Friends" that Martin served less than five years of his sentence before authorities released him, claiming his sentence was completed due to pre-sentencing credits.
