The ad features a women’s cricket match where a man can be seen sitting in the stands and taking a bite of Cadbury’s Dairy Milk.

Cricket serves to be one of the most popular and watched sports in India. Naturally, when Cadbury had to promote their chocolates among the not so young consumers, they designed an ad campaign with the agency Ogilvy, highlighting a sweet moment with their signature chocolate and a winning strike. As the ad goes on, the man’s presumed girlfriend hits the winning six resulting in the young man to rush inside the field to share a bite of the chocolate bar with the woman. More than a decade later, this ad was reimagined with a much-needed swap that has now garnered much praise among netizens.
