Pop superstar Britney Spears says she was reduced to tears by a documentary that explored her career and high-profile conservatorship battle with her father.
"Framing Britney Spears," which aired in February, profiled the singer's traumatic life in the spotlight and delved into the court-sanctioned conservatorship that gives her father, Jamie Spears, power over her finances and personal affairs. Responding to the film on Tuesday night, Spears told her 29 million Instagram followers that she had "cried for two weeks" following its broadcast.
