A Brazilian national in the U.S. illegally and arrested in July for attempted murder was arrested by immigration police after local authorities failed to honor an ICE detainer.
The Worcester Police Department arrested Ribeiro-Rosa July 16 and charged him with attempted murder, stalking, intimidation, kidnapping and two counts of vandalizing property. Greg Wehner is a breaking news reporter for Fox News Digital.
