It has been over two weeks since Russia invaded Ukraine, forcing millions of Ukrainian citizens to flee the country. Amid the war, a video showing the grit and courage of an elderly Ukrainian couple has surfaced online.
The clip was posted on Twitter by the official handle of the US Embassy in Kyiv and has gone viral online with over two lakh views.
The CCTV footage shows a few armed Russian soldiers barging into the house of the elderly couple. They even fire a shot to threaten them to come out of their house. After hearing the commotion, the elderly couple come outside and confront the three soldiers.
The footage further shows the argument heating up as one of the soldiers again fires a shot in the air. However, after a short conversation, the soldiers leave the property.
