BrahMos Aerospace proposes to set up modern facility at Lucknow for next generation missile project

Lucknow: BrahMos Aerospace has proposed to set up a state-of-the-art production facility in Uttar Pradesh for its next generation missile project, the state government said on Tuesday. The company produces one of the world's best supersonic cruise missile system BrahMos, it said, adding that the proposed facility in Lucknow will be part of the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor. The facility comes under the aerospace firm's expansion for the BrahMos Next Generation (BrahMos-NG) Missile project, the state government said in a statement.
