Then the boy moves forward and shows the atrocious conditions of the toilet, which makes it difficult for the students to use them.

There is an absence of water in the school. The boy shows the missing handpump and questions what the authorities are going to do about it. He also asks other students to speak about the kind of difficulties they are facing.
