Border Patrol agents nabbed three convicted sex offenders in four days in just one part of the border, Customs and Border Protection anncounced this week.
He had been sentenced and later deported in 2005 for the crime. Agents encountered him coming across among a group of six migrants trying to sneak past agents inside a rail yard. Adam Shaw is a politics reporter for Fox News Digital, primarily covering immigration and border security.
On Thursday, agents in Eagle Pass – one of the focal points of illegal crossings along the border – agents arrested a 27-year-old Mexican who had a conviction of indecency with a child from 2016 and a second for failing to register as a sex offender the following year.
