Bombay HC rejects bail plea of Sam D'Souza in Aryan Khan drug case 

Sam D'Souza's counsel Arun Rajput told the court that D'Souza's name had cropped up in an affidavit filed by an independent panchnama witness in the Aryan Khan case.

The Bombay High Court rejected the anticipatory bail plea of Sam D'souza, whose name had cropped up in the Aryan Khan's Mumbai drug bust case.
