Body of man who fell into waterfall in Tamil Nadu's Kodaikanal recovered

Ajay Pandian, a 28-year-old man, slipped and fell into the waterfall in Tamil Nadu’s Kodaikanal on Wednesday while trying to click a picture. His body was recovered by rescue officials a week later.
The body of Ajay Pandian, a 28-year-old man, was found today by a rescue team in Tamil Nadu’s Dindigul. The deceased, who was visiting the waterfalls near Pullaveli, lost balance while trying to get a perfect picture, and fell into the gushing water on Wednesday, August 2.
The victim’s friend captured a video of him standing on the edge of the rock and posing for images.
The video also shows that within a matter of seconds, Ajay slipped and fell into the waterfall.
After a week-long search, rescue officials, on Tuesday, August 9, recovered the body of the young man who was carried away in the current of the waterfall.
