Saina Nehwal has been keeping her Instagram family updated about her fitness regime by posting regular photos and videos of herself doing Pilates. On Wednesday, the ace shuttler and Olympic bronze medallist once again flaunted her flexibility on Insta by sharing a workout video of herself with her 1.5 million followers. In the short clip, the former world number one was seen acing the straddle stretch exercise. The particular workout helps in adding elasticity and flexibility to the legs. “Body is not stiff,” Saina captioned the video. Within a couple of hours of being posted, the video got over 32,000 ‘likes'.  Last month, she had posted a photo of herself doing Pilates. “Fitness is connected to emotion,” she captioned the photo.  Saina was not able to book a quota in the upcoming Tokyo Olympics due to injury and inconsistency. With the last three Olympics qualifying events either being cancelled or postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Saina was unable to book a berth in the Tokyo Games.
