Former President Bill Clinton is a top surrogate for vulnerable Democrats this midterm cycle after having been shunned by some in the party during the #MeToo era.

During a campaign stop in New Jersey for Rep. Josh Gottheimer, the three-term incumbent House Democrat proudly proclaimed his district was "Clinton country."
