The Environmental Protection Agency released stringent new emissions standards for big-rigs that investor Kevin O'Leary warned could have negative economic reverberations.
"We talk about this quite a bit in the sector of the economy where [there are] 5 to 500 employees, small businesses that use a lot of transportation services for consumer goods and services.
