The TAKE with Rick Klein The infrastructure deal is big enough on its own -- a historic and historically expensive bipartisan breakthrough, now enjoying the support of the president at a time that his party controls Congress. But President Joe Biden is already making it even bigger than that -- symbolically and substantively -- in ways that could imperil anything from passing at all. In the president's telling, this is not just about rebuilding the nation's infrastructure. The agreement announced Thursday, he said, "signals to the world" that American democracy can work.
