Biden pays respects to Queen Elizabeth II at Westminster Hall

President Joe Biden arrived in London late Saturday to mourn Queen Elizabeth II, the long-reigning monarch he says "defined an era."
The President made the sign of the cross in front of the Queen's coffin and took a few moments before leaving the hall. The Bidens were joined during their visit there by Jane Hartley, the US ambassador to the United Kingdom.
The Bidens on Sunday will also sign a book of condolence and will be attending a reception for visiting foreign leaders hosted by Britain's new king, Charles III.

More than two weeks after the stunning US raid on Caracas that led to the capture of Nicolás Maduro, the political confrontation over the future of Venezuela is rapidly coalescing around two leaders, both women, who represent different visions for their country: the acting president, Delcy Rodríguez, who stands for continuity, and opposition leader María Corina Machado, who seeks the restoration of democracy.
