The Biden administration is continuing to refuse to turn over the nationalities of those encountered at the southern border whose names appear on the terror watch list.
Fox’s Bill Melugin filed a Freedom of Information Act request in October 2023 seeking the nationalities of suspects on the FBI terror watchlist arrested at the southern border entering between ports of entry by Border Patrol. Adam Shaw is a politics reporter for Fox News Digital, primarily covering immigration and border security.
