Bappi Lahiri, who died at age of 69 in a Mumbai hospital last night, was remembered by members of the film fraternity. Actors and filmmakers remembered the legend for his stupendous contribution to the Hindi cinema. Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Vidya Balan and other stars paid tribute to Bappi Lahiri on Twitter. The singer had been in hospital for a month, where he was being treated for multiple health issues, news agency PTI reported. "Today we lost another gem from the music industry... Bappi Da, your voice was the reason for millions to dance, including me. Thank you for all the happiness you brought through your music. My heartfelt condolences to the family.
