Atlanta zoo backtracks on its gun ban after two months, allows visitors to carry firearms
Fox News
Zoo Atlanta will allow people to again carry firearms on the property after backtracking on a new policy banning visitors from carrying guns on the premises.
The announcement comes just weeks after the zoo announced in September that guns were banned on the premises "in an effort to enhance and protect the safety of our team members, guests, and the animals in our care."
The zoo said the policy change allowing visitors to carry firearms again took effect immediately.
