Lovlina Borgohain, who won a bronze medal in the women's 69kg welter-weight category at Tokyo Olympics, was welcomed by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma at Guwahati airport on Thursday.

The 23-year-old boxer is only the third Indian boxer to win medal at the Tokyo Olympics 2021, after Vijender Singh (2008) and MC Mary Kom (2012).
