AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday made seven announcements about jobs and unemployment in Goa, where his party is prepping to take on the ruling BJP and the Congress in next year's election.
Mr Kejriwal promised that the AAP, if elected to power, would stop corrupt practices and ensure the state's youth had access to government jobs. He also said one unemployed person from each house would get a job, and that unemployed people in search of work would get an allowance of Rs 3,000.
The Delhi Chief Minister - who has already visited Haldwani in Uttarakhand and made similar promises in the hill-state - also declared that 80 per cent of jobs in the state would be reserved for Goan natives.
