A federal prosecutor has accused Argentine President Alberto Fernandez of apparently violating his own pandemic restrictions decree by joining a dozen other people at his wife’s birthday party. The action by prosecutor Ramiro Gonzalez means Mr. Fernandez could face a criminal investigation.
