Anushka Sharma fans have much to rejoice. The actress has wrapped the shoot of her upcoming filmChakda Xpress, a biography of Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami. Sharing the update with fans, Anushka has posted a bunch of images from the wrap-up party in which the actress is dressed in a cricket jersey with cropped hair to resemble Jhulan. Also seen in the images is Jhulan who gave the final clap for the film, based on her life and career. Also in the carousel is an image of a two-tier cake with the name of the film as well as a clapboard that says, “65 days, 7 schedules and 6 cities”. Sharing the images, Anushka said, “It's a wrap on #ChakdaXpress and thank you Jhulan Goswami for the final clap to bring an end to the shoot! #ComingSoon #ChakdaXpressOnNetflix.”
Earlier, Anushka Sharma had shared images from the Kolkata schedule of the film. Also in the images is Anushka's daughter Vamika. In the caption, she wrote, "Eat-Pray-Love: My Kolkata photo dump. Belur math, Kalighat temple, Aliah phirni, Balwant Singh ki chai and samose, Mithai ke baked and regular rasgulle, Paramount ke sherbet, Girishch dey malaai roll, Puti ram ki kachori aloo.” She added the hashtags #ScheduleWrap #ChakdaXpress and #Kolkata to post.
