American Conservative Union Chairman Matt Schlapp accused in lawsuit of groping 'John Doe' political aide

A political aide claimed Matt Schlapp, the chairman of the American Conservative Union, groped him one night while the two were alone in a car in October.
The suit accuses Schlapp, 55, of "aggressively fondling" the male staff member’s genitalia while the two were alone in a vehicle in October. Greg Wehner is a breaking news reporter for Fox News Digital.
The lawsuit also accuses Schlapp and his wife Mercedes of coordinating to discredit the aide’s allegations, according to the New York Times, which spoke with the aide who is in his 30s.
