Wilmer Geovanny Chavarría Barre, known as “Pipo,” the alleged leader of drug trafficking gang Los Lobos – Ecuador’s most powerful and violent criminal organization – has been arrested in Spain, Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa announced on Sunday.
