Allahabad University 2021 exams deferred, summer vacations till July 5

Allahabad University has decided to postpone the term-end exams for students in view of the current Covid-19 situation across Uttar Pradesh.
The University of Allahabad has decided to postpone the end-term exams for students this semester due to the surge of Covid-19 cases across the state of Uttar Pradesh. The new examination schedule will be announced by the university soon. The exam committee resolved that the students of Third year of undergraduate courses will be promoted and marksheet will be awarded on the basis of their performance in the previous class. Summer vacations of the university preponed :An online meeting of the VC with all the deans it was decided to prepone the summer vacations from the scheduled 15th May 2021 to 4th May 2021. The rescheduled vacation will be from 4th reopening on 5th of July 2021. pic.twitter.com/uOqME5vvhq Apart from the postponement of the exams, the varsity has also decided to promote several students without the conduction of exams this year due to the pandemic situation. Earlier, the semester exams for all the varsity students were set to commence on April 3. The decisions regarding the semester exams at Allahabad University were taken on May 4, chaired by the university Vice-Chancellor Rajiv Ranjan Tewari. The new dates of the semester exams will be released in due time on the official website of the university.More Related News
