A pathologist Monday described fPaul and Maggie Murdaugh's disfiguring injuries after they were shot to death at Alex Murdaugh's trial in Walterboro, South Carolina.

As she graphically described Paul's injuries, Murdaugh became visibly distraught, weeping and shaking at the defense table in the Colleton County Courthouse in Walterboro, South Carolina Rebecca Rosenberg is a veteran journalist and book author with a focus on crime and criminal justice.
