"Rust" director Joel Souza was spotted back in action as Alec Baldwin's involuntary manslaughter charges have been dropped. The actor began filming Thursday.
Lewis signed the nolle prosequi, which is a formal notice of abandonment of all or part of a legal case.
The case has been closed in the First Judicial District Court of New Mexico.
Baldwin was charged with involuntary manslaughter in January after a gun he was holding fired on the set of "Rust," killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
