Asked to bat first, Afghanistan got a brilliant start as their openers Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Ibrahim Zadran stitched an 118-run partnership. Gurbaz scored 60 off 49 balls while Zadran smashed 51 off 48 balls. However, Australia bounced back in style and controlled the run flow.
