AEW tag team champ Cash Wheeler arrested in Florida for aggravated assault with firearm, county records show

Cash Wheeler, whose given name is Daniel, makes up one half of the reigning AEW tag-team champions — FTR. The 36-year-old was arrested in Florida on an active warrant.
AEW issued a statement shortly after learning of Wheeler's arrest saying, "we are closely monitoring the situation" and adding that the professional wrestler "is fully cooperating with local authorities," according to the Orlando Sentinel. Chantz Martin is a sports writer for Fox News Digital.
The arrest warrant was issued on July 28, and he then pled not guilty on August 3.
