Actor Virutchagakanth Babu was found dead in an autorickshaw in Chennai. The cause of his death is not known yet.

Actor Virutchagakanth Babu, who acted in the Tamil film Kaadhal, was found dead in an autorickshaw in Chennai. Reports suggest that he breathed his last in his sleep. His mortal remains have been recovered and the cause of death is yet to be known.Reportedly, Virutchagakanth lost both his parents a few years ago and was deeply disturbed. Since he did not have a stable job, he slept in autos and was spotted in temples as well. Many suggest that he was mentally disturbed after the death of his parents. Virutchagakanth appeared in a scene in Bharath and Sandhya's Kaadhal, which released in 2004. In the film, he portrayed the role of an aspiring actor and shot to fame with the dialogues, "If I act, I will only do hero roles." His death has come across as a huge shock to celebrities in the Tamil film fraternity. After Kaadhal, Virutchagakanth did not receive many opportunities which left him in financial distress. A few years ago, stunt director Sai Dheena found him in a temple in Choolaimedu, Chennai. Dheena identified him and took him to his house.
