Another vaccinated New York Yankees staff member has tested positive for Covid-19, the ninth to do so in the last week, manager Aaron Boone announced Sunday.
"We're just doing the best we can with it," Boone said. "Fortunately, he's another one that feels good. So we'll just continue to try and be vigilant and handle it as best we can." The unidentified staff member, who has been fully vaccinated according to the team, will be isolating in Baltimore as the team plays the Baltimore Orioles. Another staffer was also identified as a close contact of the latest infected person.
