The people had consumed spurious liquor in Bihar’s Gopalganj district.
Nine people have died, and seven others were admitted to hospital allegedly after consuming spurious liquor in Bihar’s Gopalganj district, said the district magistrate Dr Nawal Kishor Choudhary.
Residents claimed that the victims, all from Telhua village, had consumed liquor in the Chamartoli area on November 3 evening, but the police did not quite confirm the same as yet.
