7th Pay Commission Update: DA hike Likely to happen Soon. Here’s how much salary you will get

This development comes at a time when the data from the All India Consumer Price Index (AICPI) was released and based on the data, it is assumed that the DA hike for the month of July is 3 percent.

The central government is likely to increase the Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief for central government employees and pensioners. According to a few reports, the employees are supposed to get a 3 percent DA hike in July and an official announcement is expected soon.  This development comes at a time when the data from the All India Consumer Price Index (AICPI) was released and based on the data, it is assumed that the DA hike for the month of July is 3 percent. Currently, the government employees and pensioners get a 17 percent DA which is given as part of the salary and it is aimed at fighting inflation.
