7-Eleven offers $100K reward in search of gunman who killed 2, injured 3 in string of robberies

The 7-Eleven convenience store chain offered a $100,000 reward Wednesday for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a masked gunman suspected of robbing six Southern California stores, killing two people and wounding three others.
A clerk, Matthew Hirsch, 40, was shot and killed at a Brea store and Matthew Rule, 24, was shot point-blank in the parking lot of a 7-Eleven store in Santa Ana during a string of holdups that took place within a five-hour time span Monday morning.
Police in Ontario, Upland, Riverside and La Habra have said they believe 7-Eleven robberies there are also linked.
