Prosecution for not wearing mask
The designated authorities on Sunday referred 607 people to the Public Prosecution for violating the preventive and precautionary measures enforced by the country to curb the spread of the Coronavirus. Among them, 456 people were referred to the Public Prosecution for not wearing masks in places where they are mandatory, while 15 were found violating the maximum number of four people allowed in a vehicle including the driver, except when they are members of one family. 135 for not adhering to social distancing, and one for not downloading the Ehteraz app. The measure are in line with the Cabinet decision, Decree Law No. 17 of 1990 on infectious diseases, and the precautionary measures in force in the country to contain the spread of Covid-19. The designated authorities called on the public to adhere to the precautionary measures in place to ensure their safety and the safety of others.More Related News
