The 46-year-old man, who was found positive with Omicron coronavirus variant in Karnataka, had no travel history, as per records shared by the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP).
The 46-year-old man in Karnataka, who is among the two people found infected with the Omicron variant of coronavirus in India, is a health care worker and has no travel history, said government sources.
The man tested positive after his samples were collected and tested for Covid-19 infection on November 22.
